Before you book
How is the rental period counted?
Rentals are billed per day between pickup and return. Pick up on Monday and return on Wednesday and you pay two days. Weekend rates apply when you collect on Friday or Saturday and return by Monday.
Is the price on the website final?
The website shows a live estimate calculated from our current rates. Your booking becomes final once our rental desk confirms the quote by email.
Do you need a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit is pre-authorised before release and returned after the equipment is checked back in. The amount is shown per item and in your estimate.
Do I need insurance?
For larger kits we ask for a certificate of insurance naming us as loss payee. Let us know in your booking notes and we will tell you what is required.
