Rental period
Rentals are charged per day from pickup to return. Weekend rates cover Friday or Saturday pickup with return by Monday. Weekly rates apply automatically where they are cheaper.
Quotes & confirmation
Prices shown online are estimates. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from the rental desk. We hold requested items while we review your request.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised before equipment is released and released after the equipment is returned and inspected.
Identification & insurance
Bring government-issued ID and the card used for the deposit. Kits above our deposit threshold require a certificate of insurance naming Reelhouse as loss payee.
Late returns
Equipment returned after the agreed time is charged at the daily rate per day late, as the gear may be booked by the next production.
Damage & loss
Damage beyond normal wear, or loss, is charged at repair or replacement cost. Report any issue as soon as it happens so we can help on set.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup are free. Within 48 hours a 50% fee may apply; no-shows are charged in full.
