Pickup & delivery
Collect from the Reelhouse studio counter, Mon–Sat. Bring photo ID and the card used for the deposit. Kits are prepped, tested and packed the day before pickup — book a prep bay if your camera team wants to build the rig with us.
Delivery and collection are available within our service zones. Someone from the production must be on site to sign for the equipment.

Deposit & rental policies
Refundable security deposit: $150.00 per unit.
A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised before release and returned after inspection. Certificate of insurance (COI) required for kits over the deposit threshold. Late returns are charged at the daily rate. Damage or loss is billed at repair or replacement cost. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may incur a 50% fee.
